To amend the constitution a proposed amendment must be
submitted in writing by a
local chartered chapter, regional association or
Executive Council proposing the
amendments to the Constitution Committee at least ninety
(90) days prior to the
Annual Meeting. All proposed amendments must be mailed
to: Virginia TSA State
Office, c/o Constitution and Bylaws Committee, P. O. Box
9045, VSU, Petersburg,
VA 23806.
